Shipping policy
We ship items using USPS, USP and FedEx. Once an item is shipped and dropped off or picked up by our shipping partner, it is no longer in our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, and non-scans be our shipping partners. If you feel your package has been lost, please contact the shipping partner and file a claim using your tracking number. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or do not arrive as scheduled.
